This gerrymandered district is indicative of who they want as voters, and who they wanted to exclude.. What do my North Charleston neighbors have in common with the rural counties like Allendale, Bamberg, Hampton, Clarendon, Williamsburg and Calhoun? Do you notice something intentional about who they drew out of this district...? All the more reason to advocate for non-partisan redistricting all across our state.
